    My sign-in was invalid…. I called CCBR, spoke with Gloria. Tech person, Ms.T called right after I spoke to Gloria and guided me through the log-in process. Next Ms. T offered to start my complaint over the phone to use when I went online. I am back on line with the website! I am sooooo pleased with CCBR service!!! The immediate responses, professionalism, patience with me and knowledgeable staff are exceptional!

    I couldn't be happier with the response from the Board of Review. As we all know, must city and county agencies are less than responsive. My issue was resolved within 48 hrs; AMAZING!!!

    Admittedly, you need to keep trying their number but eventually it will get picked up. But I think that's to be expected with a very likely underfunded government agency. Gregory and Alisa were both super helpful, transparent, patient and respectful. The issue I was having was 100% resolved.

    I had two accounts on the Board of Review portal and was locked out of both. Gloria took my contact info and Tonya replied. They were both professional and helpful. When I was locked again, I contacted Tonya who quickly figured out that it was the browser I was using. I appreciated the help I received.
