I was having problems logging in on the Board of Review website and called to get help resetting my password. I was immediately connected with Gloria Merritt who was very helpful and patient with me and referred me for a phone/email appointment. Tabitha Statkiewicz emailed me promptly and quickly responded to my questions. With her expertise, I was able to navigate the site and submit my appeal. WOW!! Thank you!

8/10/26 Had a lot of trouble Logging In with my Use Name and Password. called for Help and told I would get a phonecall by the end of the next Day. Found that very disappointing to wait that long When I did get a call, your personnel were very Helpful and Patient. So over all, your Service was Excellent.

Asher Visperas contacted ME regarding problems I was having in uploading documents to my tax appeal. He understood my difficulty, identified the probable reason, and promised to fix it, and then emailed me a DETAILED account of our interaction, along with the 5 step process I should follow in order to upload my documents.

Telephoned on Friday afternoon and spoke to Ericka. She placed me on hold for a short time, came back and stated my password would be reset. i was emailed by Jill shortly thereafter. Jill reset my password and I was able to file my appeal. THANK YOU ERICKA AND JILL. Have a Merry Christmas.
