Tonya was super helpful. She listened to what I had to say, answered all of my questions and helped me understand where I had gone wrong. She was the absolute perfect person for me to talk to. She understood the Board of Review process, explained how my appeal had been submitted, attached my submitted appeal to my B.O.R. portal login and told me how to add documents to the submitted appeal. I cannot say enough good things about Tonya. The level of customer service that she provided was absolutely outstanding!

I called Monday September 29,2025 and left a message for a call back to get help with withdrawal of a request to file a property tax appeal , I pleasantly surprised when I got a call back the next day from Gloria, who was very pleasant, courteous, and professional in her assistance helping me to file that request she told me what she was going to do and followed up on it and sent me documentations that she had taken care of my request! I find her to be a valuable asset to this department, and I hope she gets the much deserved recognition for her actions.
