I couldn't be happier with the response from the Board of Review. As we all know, must city and county agencies are less than responsive. My issue was resolved within 48 hrs; AMAZING!!!

Admittedly, you need to keep trying their number but eventually it will get picked up. But I think that's to be expected with a very likely underfunded government agency. Gregory and Alisa were both super helpful, transparent, patient and respectful. The issue I was having was 100% resolved.

I had two accounts on the Board of Review portal and was locked out of both. Gloria took my contact info and Tonya replied. They were both professional and helpful. When I was locked again, I contacted Tonya who quickly figured out that it was the browser I was using. I appreciated the help I received.

I called the Board of Review for help in resetting my password. The technician was very helpful and patient.

I only had to make one phone call to get my issue resolved promptly the same day. Great service.

Alisa, from Cook County Board Chief Clerk office, was very professional. She made great suggestions. Very informative. She and I also discussed every home owner should and must pay their fair share of taxes. Code 1001-1056.
